Who are the consultants?

Independent strategy and management consultants — from experienced freelancers to specialists in niche disciplines. Every consultant is AI-screened and individually approved before joining the pool; self-listing is not possible.

What does it cost?

There is currently no fee to use Consultalents — for companies or consultants. If that changes, pricing will be published clearly before it applies to anyone.
How does matching work?

When a mission is published, our matching engine scores the active consultant pool against the brief — function, sector, seniority, availability, and location — and produces a ranked shortlist with the reasoning behind each match.
How is my CV screened?

Screening uses AI to extract your experience, expertise, and sector background into a structured profile mapped to our taxonomy. You review and edit the draft before anything goes live, and a human review precedes final approval.
What engagement models are possible?

Engagements are shaped per mission: single expert or small team, full-time or part-time rhythm, on-site, remote, or hybrid — from a few advisory days to multi-month missions.
How fast can we get a shortlist?

The platform is built to deliver a shortlist in days, not weeks — our internal target is 24 hours for a well-framed brief. Complex or niche briefs can take longer, and we'll tell you when that's the case.
Where does Consultalents operate?

The platform is global by design — consultants register with their working locations and languages, and remote engagement is a first-class option. Matching takes geography into account when the mission requires presence.
